EXPERIENCED TEACHING ARTISTS:
CREATIVE WRITING and FILM
We are seeking experienced media/film and creative writing teaching
artists for fall 2010.
Our programs are largely interdisciplinary, include critical
investigations of social justice issues and serve at-risk youth in
Brooklyn, 9th grade-12th grade. Of particular interest are teaching
artists with experience working in NYC public schools.
Teaching artists without at least a year of paid experience in school
programs in their respective discipline (creative writing or film) are
asked not to apply.

Pay is highly competitive, including support for planning time &
evaluation.
